Founder & CEO

John has taken the path of the radically alternative. Self-educated from the school of life, he received his education through direct experience. His upbringing prompted him to pursue life on his own terms. First, seeking to better understand his own life story, his very psyche, he followed his passions through the industries of music, podcasting, working in government/section-8 housing, advertising, journalism, sports, and fashion. Secondly, he sought to coherently synthesize an understanding of the meaning behind what his last 10 plus years of experiences were for. Through this journey he began culminating a broadly specific, holistic understanding of human behavior, the systems in which we operate and the vast ranges of self-expression that is available to us all. This set the foundation for understanding his own process of turning his learned skills into services, to provide a value unique to himself.

Centered at the core of who he is, is his faith; what is the purpose of anything detached from the meaning that it holds? Nothing. A proverb states, “It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, but the glory of kings is to search out a matter.” It is this deep introspection, sense of inner purpose and curiosity that drives him to deliver a message of meaning that he must share: for the outcast, the outlier, and the innovator. John is passionate about self-education. He has an Associate’s Degree from Musicians Institute. He continues growing in a practice of being a follower of truth, a husband, father, creative director, researcher; a student of philosophy, psychology, marketing, editing, photography, writing, film, drums; the brain, our consciousness, human nature and nature. All things life, all things God.

His goal is to share a deeper story; the narrative of the underdog that makes the impossible seem commonplace. To find your story in History. At the core, Just BE. Good’s purpose is to be an ambassador of the fact that meaning is found through the development of character: from the root to the fruit. It’s through great tests that we see who we truly are. Partner & Design Director

Alexis lives a life to nurture every person, environment and project that she touches. Encountering the trials of life at an early age, what she struggled to express verbally, she easily expressed through a love for arts, crafts and service. Being engrossed in an environment of serving others, she grew a love for customer service. An obsessing thought for her tends to be, “how can we make it better?” Years in management positions assures that not one thing passes by her that is left unorganized. Seeking a way to nurture her skills through the arts has brought her mind to a love for Interior and Graphic Design. She finds that bringing order to processes and designing spaces with love is a happy creative and operational medium. Organizing and enhancing the space around her, she finds order within. This is how her unique value is expressed.

From a young age she has had a deep appreciation for life and all the meaning it holds, even when she didn't understand it. This built a desire for her to understand what was behind this well of appreciation. It has lead her to an ever increasing faith in a love for Christ. For her, this means choosing a relationship with life that recognizes the best qualities of nature and the human character.

Alexis is embodies curiosity. She has a Certificate of Design from Interior Designers Institute. She is a lover of nature, wife, mother, an enhancer of all things, artist and a designer. She is passionate about planning, bringing order to chaos and gardening. Working with her hands is a must whether its building, baking, cooking or deconstructing. Alexis carries a holistic approach to life that continually calls for growth, she knows More is Calling™

The journey leads her to share her gifts and skills with others through love. She strives to continually spot the blind spots in her own life so she can serve in helping others uncover the blind spots in their own.
